Some things I noticed:

Shine on You Crazy Diamond

"Like black holes in the sky" while looking at radar screens of the skies.

Drums beating right when monkey starts banging cymbals.

Astronomy Domine

Sound effects match with flashing toys.

What Do You Want from Me

"If you look around this room tonight" as woman is looking around in the woods for her kid.

"there is nothing to hide... turn and face the light" as bright light from UFO shines into vehicle.

"What do you want from me?" is an appropriate question.

Learning to Fly

"Can't keep my eyes from the circling skies... tongue tied and twisted... just an earthbound misfit, I" as man looks to the sky at UFO.

"No sensation to compare with this."

Keep Talking

Man keeps talking as he describes his experience to his family.

Coming Back to Life

Pleasant music as the people chant the sounds heard from the space ship.

"heavenly ride" as the people point to the heavens.

Hey You

"Hey you, out there in the cold" as the people gather outside.

"Hey you" as man points to woman.

"bury" as kid named Barry is playing in the sand.

"It was only a fantasy."

Weird sound effect that sounds like wind blowing as helicopter flew overhead.

A Great Day for Freedom

Sorrow

Music fits mood of film.

"Blooms of smoke rise" as smoke rises from vents.

High Hopes

"High Hopes" represents his hope of solving this nagging question.

"Our thoughts stray constantly and without boundary" as he shapes his potatoes.

"Water flowing" as shower beats down on man.

Another Brick in the Wall (Part Two)

"Your just another brick in the wall" as he starts grabbing bricks.

"Leave those kids alone" as wife takes kids away from man.

Speak to Me

"I've been mad for f***in' years" applies to the man's actions for the last few days.

Breathe

"Breathe in the air" as the central theme is poisons in the air.

On the Run

On the run as the two are driving in a restricted area.

Time

The alarms sound as the two put on their masks.

"We have little time" one of them says during this song.

"Haven't come this far to be taken home," man says as "home, home again" part of song begins.

The Great Gig in the Sky

Money

"It's a gas" as they're dealing with poisonous gas. The helicopters spray gas on the three runners.

The landing area looks very much like the stage at a Pink Floyd concert.

Us and Them

Organ playing in song while organ played in movie.

"Us and them" is appropriate for the scene.

"Black and blue" as the sky is black and the landing area is bluish.

"Down..." as man says, "I've got to get down from here."

"With... without" as the two were together but have separated.

Any Colour You Like

Any Colour You Like is very appropriate.

Brain Damage

"Here on the dark side" is said in the movie.

Woman is laughing during laughing in the song.

Eclipse

"Everything under the sun is in tune, but the sun is eclipsed by the moon" as the doors to the spaceship open and people start coming out of it.

Wish You Were Here

Wish You Were Here as boy is rejoined with his mother.

Crowd are chanting "al le lu" as a prayer is said to potential travelers.

Comfortably Numb

"Come on, now" as aliens choose Roy to come on board ship.

The people standing there look comfortably numb.

"A distant ship's smoke on the horizon" as ship leaves.
